How can I use my IEP to advocate for myself and shape the education services I receive?

The My IEP, My Future project empowers students to critically examine their individualized education plans alongside coordinators, identifying personal strengths and unique learning abilities. Students design customized learning activities while providing feedback to instructors on effective teaching approaches. Through peer dialogue in this multi-week project, students gain a deeper understanding of the IEP process and develop valuable self-advocacy skills they can apply throughout their educational journey.
